GCFC was honoured to join the Ministry of Finance, UAE and Brazil’s BRICS 2025 Presidency in Abu Dhabi for a pivotal discussion on reshaping infrastructure financing across BRICS countries.
As momentum builds toward COP30 and the reform of the global financial architecture, this seminar marked an important step in aligning emerging economies around practical delivery. BRICS plays a critical role in shaping the future of climate and development finance – making GCFC’s involvement essential.
Our work to mobilize private capital, reform climate finance frameworks, and bridge public-private action is advancing through platforms like the Climate Finance Reform Compass and COP30’s Private Sector Engagement Group – now embedded in the Baku to Belém Roadmap.
Engaging with Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), VEB.RF, Brazil’s Ministry of Ports and Airports, and others, we explored real-world examples of aligned investment at scale—laying the groundwork for more resilient, inclusive growth.
